  • Having a gym membership is not mandatory to join our program. If you have access to an apartment gym or any other facilities, you can utilise those for your workouts. However, if you don't have access to a gym, we recommend joining your local gym to have access to a wide variety of equipment, which can enhance the effectiveness and diversity of your training sessions.
