How do I know If I am performing the exercises on the program correctly?
All of my programs have video demos so you do this thing properly, the first time, every time.
Is your program beginner friendly?
Yes. My program is suitable for absolute beginners with no prior gym experience.
If I have specific dietary needs can these be tailored to?
Absolutely, I focus on calories and macros so whether you are vegan, gluten free, or you just don't like vegetables, I can make it work.
Is there a minimum term to your coaching?
Yes. New clients must commit to an initial 12 consecutive weeks of training, I am committed to getting you the best results and I need a commitment from you too.
Do I have to send or post progress pictures?
No. I recommend taking them for yourself to monitor your progress but whether or not you share them with me is your decision.
Do I have to go to the gym?
No. Many of my clients train at home, and if strength training isn't for you we can just focus on food and steps to get you to your fat loss goals.
